How do I stop the cardinal form waking us up each morning by his singing.
First of all, lethal techniques would be a violation of federal law. Its called
the Migratory bird act. So you only have non-lethal techniques available. I
would suggest that you discover the bird is roosting while it sings. Then cut
that branch down or put porcupine wire there. This will at least force the bird
to pick a new spot perhaps farther away. Next would be scary eye balloons might
work or sonic screech devices (not ultrasound).
